Payment Policy

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after approval of funds. Should an item be Out of Stock will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order. On all cancellations please allow 7-9 days for the funds to show up in your account.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout prior to placing the order based on the following guidelines.

STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING (Continental USA Only)

For wholesale shipping we use UPS and USPS. The cost of shipping is calculated upon checkout. Should you have any questions please contact gregg.wilson@rvledlites.com.

We do not ship APO, FPO & PO Boxes

Please Note: Delivery can be 2-6 days if you use your physical address and use either Standard or Overseas Shipping Methods. (For Overseas shipping call for shipping estimate)

For shipments to Canada RV LED Lites uses Ground Delivery. For these retail orders inside Canada allow 5 – 7 Business days for delivery. (call for ground shipping estimate)

Please Note: Canada orders can arrive in 2-5 business days with Over-Seas Shipping Methods. (For Overseas shipping call for shipping estimate)

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Sales Tax (Arizona Orders Only!) unless you have a resale number listed with us

Sales tax is charged to Arizona shipping addresses ONLY! The sales tax for Arizona shipping addresses will be added to the invoice following the submittal of the order. A Tax rate of 8.5% will be applied to both the purchase price and Shipping & Handling charges.
